Per square ft. (total of 10,000 sf. minimum, owner supplies materials)

1. Tee's (existing): includes Laser Leveling, Re-alignment and Installation of either topsoil or tee mix (4" max depth).

2. Tee's (New or expanded): Includes Shaping, Laser Leveling, Alignment, Installation of either topsoil or tee mix (4" max depth). "Does not include Fill or Hauling"

3. Bunkers (New or Existing): Shaping (based on area of disturbance per feature)

4. Bunkers (New or Existing): Establish core with 6" edge, includes removal on site of edged material. SF is based on the area of disturbance.

Club's Responsibilities: Removal of existing sod, re-sodding or seeding, any irrigation repair or relocating. (See our "Extras Menu")

Terms and conditions:

- Payment is due the day of completion.
- A deposit is required, unless otherwise agreed.
- Some feature locations may not be eligible.
- Some "Free form" tees may not be eligible.
- Any delays caused by others will be billed on a time and material basis
- Other restrictions, conditions and fees may apply.
